We are a family owned and operated restaurant serving Korean and locally inspired dishes. Yong’s has been serving Waimea for over 30 years. Our service is fast casual in style.

Our claim to fame is our Kalbi (grilled soy-garlic marinated beef short ribs).

We use premium grade well-marbled beef and also strive to use as much locally grown produce as possible.

Our menu is extensive and varied.

We offer seafood; try the Spicy Squid or the Korean-style Butterfish.

We have an extensive Vegan and Vegetarian menu including the popular Mung Bean Pancake and Spicy Tofu stir-fry.
